Functional Content: consultative functions involving study, planning, programming, evaluation, and application of technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making. Independently or as part of a team, drafting opinions and projects of varying complexity, and carrying out other general or specialized support activities in common instrumental and operational areas of competence for organs and services. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, even when supervised by qualified higher-level personnel. Representing the organ or service on matters within one’s area of expertise, making technical decisions framed by directives or higher-level guidance. Main Activities: Promote children’s physical and intellectual development, encouraging them to discover their individuality while simultaneously fostering their interest in interacting with others. Ensure care to meet children’s needs; conduct pedagogical, recreational, and motor-skill activities appropriate to children’s age and specific needs; provide families with information regarding nursery operations and children’s development. Collaborate with the technical management in assigned responsibilities.
