What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? * Define and govern the mobile architecture, using tools like Dart Code Metrics to maintain code quality; * Lead a cross\-functional team of Developers and Quality Engineers, taking full responsibility for the team's delivery performance, motivation, and operational success; * Co\-create technical solutions, providing accurate estimations, and bridge the gap between business requirements and engineering execution; * Provide rules, guidance, and structure for the development team, ensuring your architectural vision is implemented effectively by the Mobile Tech Lead and the wider squad. What is required from you? * Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas; * Deep expertise in mobile application development, with a strong track record in architecture; * Solid knowledge in Flutter, including state management, architectural patterns, and governance tools (e.g., Dart Code Metrics); * Proven experience in leading development teams; * Fluency in English is essential. * Willingness to travel to client locations for a few days/ year.
