Additionally, it provides tax advisory services related to credit and real estate asset management, acting as the technical reference for the company’s Operations team regarding VAT, Transfer Tax (ITP), and municipal capital gains, particularly in negotiations and real estate matters. It handles tax planning, calculation, and oversight for companies established by foreign investment funds owning such assets, with special attention to international taxation and Corporate Income Tax, as well as VAT and Business Activity Tax (IAE). **Profile** The Accountant position is responsible for supporting accounting tasks in the finance department. Main responsibilities include: * Bank and loan recording, bank reconciliations, and petty cash control. * Recording of supplier and customer invoices. * Recording of expense notes. * Tax filings (VAT and withholding taxes). * Payroll accounting entries. * Accruals. * Provision recording. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in the accounting area of a finance department. * SAP FICO module experience is highly desirable. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Solid analytical ability. * English proficiency at least at B1 level.
