Come be Inetum! **Job Description** **About the Team** The team is responsible for developing the technological solutions that support in‑store operations, ensuring scalability, performance, and continuous innovation. **Responsibilities** * Lead the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices, engineering standards, and technical quality. * Guide the team in analysing functional requirements, defining product strategy and technical vision, ensuring alignment with Product Owners and Business Partners. * Actively participate in managing and refining the Technical Backlog, ensuring compliance with Architecture guidelines. * Promote continuous coaching within the development team, creating opportunities for technical growth and improving both individual and collective performance. **Qualifications** * 5\+ years of professional experience, including previous experience as a Tech Lead. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders. * Solid experience in designing and implementing cloud‑based systems (Kubernetes, Containers, Azure/AWS/GCP). * Experience with distributed architectures (multitenant, SaaS). * Strong knowledge of architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design (DDD). * Advanced experience in development with C\#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework. * Experience in mobile development using .NET MAUI, Blazor, or hybrid frameworks. * Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Collaborative mindset, results‑oriented, and focused on team success. * **Nice to Have** * Experience with messaging/streaming frameworks (Kafka, Message Hub/Queue, Pulsar, Solace). * Knowledge of API Gateway, API Management, and integration tools. * Previous experience with Oracle Retail or other Retail solutions. * Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence. * Knowledge of end‑to‑end monitoring tools (New Relic, Dynatrace). * Experience with Quality Assurance practices and test automation. **Additional Information** Hybrid work
