Responsibilities * Supervision of table service and customer service; * Leadership, motivation and organization of the team; * Day-to-day operational management of the restaurant; * Cash control and daily closing procedures; * Management and placement of daily orders with suppliers; * Basic stock control and product replenishment; * Ensuring high service and quality standards; * Efficient resolution of operational issues; * Coordination between front-of-house and kitchen. Requirements * Proven experience in restaurant management; * Solid experience in front-of-house service; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Fluent Portuguese required; * English and other languages are an advantage; * Excellent communication and organizational skills; * Dynamic, responsible, and customer-oriented profile; * Ability to work under pressure.
