Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Technician / Coordinator to plan, deliver, and manage training activities, developing content and partnerships. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in the development of new courses and projects **Training Technician / Coordinator (M/F)** **About Smarter Execution** We are a training entity certified by DGERT and an official partner of PMI®, Python Institute™, Microsoft®, and Linux Professional Institute. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations through internationally recognized technical and specialized training. **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and delivery of training activities * Development of schedules and assignment of training activities to trainers * Recruitment and development of trainers * Pedagogical support for trainees and trainers * Management of training activities via the LMS platform * Monitoring course, trainer, and trainee performance * Coordination of access to partner platforms (Microsoft, PMI, etc.) * Completion of the Technical-Pedagogical Dossier (including SIGO) * Development of training content and new courses * Research and evaluation of new partnerships with international training providers, universities, and associations **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Higher education degree * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment * CCP (Pedagogical Competence Certificate) * Good command of English (minimum B2 level) * Proficiency in using digital platforms * Organized, proactive, and autonomous * Residence in Matosinhos or neighboring municipalities (preferred) **What We Offer** * Integration into an innovative and motivated team * Continuous training and direct contact with international partners * Active participation in the development of new courses and projects * A work environment focused on pedagogical and technical excellence **Application** Please send your CV to **rfontes@smarterexecution.pt**, with the subject line: '**Application – Training Technician / Coordinator**' **Location**: Matosinhos (on-site) **Working Hours**: Full-time Type of Position: Full-time Salary: €1,025.00 – €1,050.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/voucher
