Coordination of multidisciplinary teams CRESCER is recruiting a Social Projects Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of social projects. Main Responsibilities \- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of social projects; \- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team operating on the ground with vulnerable populations; \- Ensure efficient financial management of projects; \- Prepare and submit technical and financial reports; \- Prepare and submit funding applications; \- Liaise with partner entities, funders, and others; \- Represent the organization at strategic meetings and events; \- Define timelines, impact indicators, and ensure accountability to funders. Requirements \- Higher education degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Project Management, or another relevant field; \- Proven experience coordinating social projects; \- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams; \- Experience in technical and financial project management; \- Experience working with vulnerable populations; \- Experience preparing and submitting applications and delivering accountability reports; \- Strong communication, leadership, and institutional liaison skills; \- Team spirit, flexibility, and proactivity; \- Motivation to work in a social context; \- Valid driver's license; \- Proficiency in English.
