




Job Summary: Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating various equipment in your area, as well as cleaning and ensuring the safety of such equipment and multiple process areas. The company’s brand portfolio includes the leading brands Domino®, C\&H®, Redpath®, Tate \& Lyle®, Lyle’s® and Sidul®. **SCOPE** Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating various equipment in your operational area, as well as cleaning and ensuring the safety of such equipment and multiple process areas. It may be necessary to drive and operate machinery such as dumpers and/or forklifts under safe conditions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate various equipment within the supervised operational area. * Perform assigned operator routines in your operational area, applying written procedures accordingly. * Ensure effective coordination of work with other operators and maintenance teams. * Clean and disinfect machines and materials according to the defined Hygiene Plan. * Report any incidents that may compromise worker or facility safety, environmental protection, or food safety; * Promote a culture of excellence in Quality, Environment, and Safety, consistently adhering to QAS management system policies and procedures; * Ensure production of products meeting Quality, Food Safety, and Authenticity requirements. * Comply with personal and workplace Hygiene and Safety standards. * Comply with all Quality, Food Safety, and Food Defense standards, policies, and requirements. * Promote the culture of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Sustainability, ensuring compliance with product and process requirements. * Participate in Continuous Improvement activities. **COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE** * Responsible and dedicated * Punctual and available to work rotating shifts * Active and dynamic * Ability to interpret the meaning of various production-related signs, symbols, and codes. * Knowledge of occupational hygiene and safety, quality, and continuous improvement (preferred) * English language proficiency (preferred) **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * One to three years of experience in a manufacturing production environment (preferred) * Prior experience operating machinery. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) in a technical\-vocational program (preferred) * Valid driver’s license For more than 100 years, our employees have taken pride in “Making Life a Little Sweeter” by providing our customers and consumers with quality service and sugar products.
