Responsibilities: - Sorting, separation, and classification of recyclable materials (plastic, paper/cardboard). - Operation and support of the production line and equipment feeding (baling presses, shredders, conveyor belts). - Loading, unloading, and handling of goods in the warehouse. - Maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the workplace and production area. Note: Physically demanding work. Required Qualifications: - Previous experience in an industrial environment, factory, or civil construction (preferred but not mandatory). - Certification or experience operating forklifts or other industrial machinery (valued). - Good physical fitness and stamina for working in a factory environment. - Punctuality, attendance, and ability to work effectively in a team. - Availability to work in shifts.
