Job Summary: Optimize processes and accelerate decision-making as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer at Xpand IT, developing apps and supporting the development team. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities Develop apps using Power Platform; Support the development team; Implement Power Apps, including deep understanding of customization, configuration, integration, extensibility, as well as limitations and constraints; Assist in gathering and identifying functional requirements; Identify root causes of bugs or potential product issues — skills we expect you to possess and that we will also help you develop; Leverage new approaches for design solutions and system functionality; Address and remediate security vulnerabilities in Power Apps. **Stacks:** Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents Requirements Responsibility and organization Strong organizational competence and high sense of responsibility, essential for managing complex projects and meeting deadlines effectively. Problem-solving skills Problem-solving ability, crucial for developing innovative solutions and resolving issues within the Power Platform environment. Analytical skills Strong analytical skills, enabling identification of business needs and translation into functional technical solutions. Languages Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. **Bonus Points:** Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, regardless of field, is an advantage; Programming experience in any language; Experience in functional analysis; Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Flow; Familiarity with development methodologies (Scrum) and development support tools (Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS).
