Opportunity for Development and Growth The Visconde is seeking a dynamic professional passionate about mixology to join our team at Lisbon’s finest boutique hotel. Prior bar experience and/or training are mandatory requirements; knowledge of barista skills is considered an advantage. Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender, with excellent understanding of mixology and customer service. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills and capability to interact effectively with diverse clientele. Punctuality, organization, and composure under stressful situations. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Language proficiency (Portuguese and English are mandatory).
