Opportunity for professional development and advancement We Are Recruiting: Human Resources Technician Work Location: Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Lunch Break: 13:00 to 14:00 Base Salary: €1,500 Job Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Technician to lead and manage our office, ensuring the smooth operation of Human Resources activities and contributing to the organization’s growth and development. The professional will be responsible for coordinating HR administrative activities, recruitment and selection, onboarding of employees, document management, employee support, and implementation of best practices in people management. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Higher or technical education in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (preferred). Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, HR administrative management, and labor legislation. Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills. Strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and confidentiality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. We Offer Base salary of €1,500.
