We are recruiting a **Training Manager / Pedagogical Coordinator** to join our team in Setúbal. This professional will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring training activities, ensuring pedagogical and administrative compliance of programs, as well as the quality of the trainees' learning experience. **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and coordinate the annual training plan. * Define curricular content, methodologies, and pedagogical resources. * Monitor trainers, evaluating their performance and ensuring content suitability. * Ensure process compliance with applicable legal and certification standards. * Manage training platforms (in-person, e\-learning, and b\-learning). * Monitor performance indicators and prepare evaluation reports for training activities. * Implement continuous improvements in training programs and processes. * Manage registrations, attendance records, technical dossiers, and mandatory documentation. * Provide support and assistance to trainees and trainers. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree (higher education). * **Minimum Experience:** 3 years in similar roles **OR** specific training in training management (minimum 150 hours). * Solid knowledge of standards applicable to certified professional training in Portugal. * Proficiency in digital tools and training management platforms. * Excellent organizational, communication, and priority management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in DGERT-certified training entities. * Knowledge of innovative pedagogical methodologies. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic team focused on excellence. * Opportunity for continuous professional development. * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience. * Collaborative work environment focused on pedagogical innovation.
