




Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Administrator to manage VMware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and SCCM/Intune environments, with a focus on virtualization and technical support. Our management team ensures empathetic and present leadership, enabling superior technological engagement and delivery for our clients’ projects and products. **Responsibilities** * Hardware sizing for virtualization infrastructure. * Installation and configuration of VMware environments. * Creation and configuration of base images for virtual PCs. * Definition and implementation of virtual PC pools. * Administration and optimization of hardware resources associated with virtualization. * Capacity management and monitoring of virtual PC pools. * Performance measurement and analysis to ensure stability and efficiency. * Planning and implementation of solution enhancements and improvements. * Updating and maintaining base images for virtual PCs. * Direct user and internal team support. * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents related to the platform. * Installation, configuration, and management of Active Directory and Exchange environments in hybrid infrastructures (Cloud + On-premises). * Administration and support of Office 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive. * Management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of corporate Microsoft environments. * Creation of base Windows images (OS + drivers + corporate software) prepared for deployment on new devices via SCCM/Intune. * Testing and validation of Windows upgrade processes using automated pipelines in SCCM/Intune. * Planning and implementation of security update policies across corporate devices. * Creation, management, and deployment of software installation and update packages. * Ensuring up-to-date software inventory and compliance across organizational devices. **We Are Looking For** * Proven experience with VMware/Omnissa environments. * Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange management. * Practical experience with SCCM and/or Intune. * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. * Autonomy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills with users and technical teams. * Knowledge and experience with Omnissa (formerly Horizon), including virtual desktop management and troubleshooting. * Strong technical aptitude, with preference for profiles possessing deeper Linux expertise. * Ability to communicate effectively with users and build empathy in daily support. * Sufficient technical English to engage with Microsoft and VMware support. * Availability to participate in monthly preventive shift schedules. * 4–5 years of professional experience in systems administration or similar roles. * Prior experience in large-scale environments, especially those involving virtual PCs and scalability models. **What You Can Discover With Us?** * Be part of a growing technology startup * Diverse project scopes across multiple sectors * Fair and equitable compensation structure (Consultant Profile) * Training and certification * Professional career path management * 30+ partnerships * Welvaart Ambassador Program **UNLEASH THE POWER OF YOUR CAREER** Compensation: Up to €2,000.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Lisbon
