Challenges in modern cloud environments with observability and automation **Opportunity: DevOps Engineer (Hybrid Role – Lisbon, Alcântara)** We are looking for a **DevOps Engineer** to join a dynamic team focused on bridging development and operations, ensuring fast, secure, and efficient deliveries. **Responsibilities:** * Implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment * Developing CI/CD pipelines using **GitHub Actions** for business applications and platforms (IaC) * Managing and maintaining operational integrity of production and development systems * Automating processes via scripting (**Bash/Python**) * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project stability and success * Using **Jira** and **Confluence** for technical tracking and documentation **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles * Solid experience with **AWS** and **Azure** * Knowledge of databases (**MongoDB** and **PostgreSQL**) * Experience with containerization (**Docker**) and orchestration (**Kubernetes**) * Strong hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools * Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation using **GitHub Actions** * System administration experience (preferably Linux) * Advanced proficiency in Bash scripting * **Mandatory: Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written)** * **Only applications from candidates residing in Portugal and available for a hybrid arrangement in Lisbon will be considered** **Location:** Lisbon (Alcântara) **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) If you seek challenges in modern cloud environments with strong emphasis on observability, automation, and direct impact on system reliability, this opportunity may be for you.
