To reinforce its Civil Construction team, we are recruiting a Construction Director for Oeiras. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collaboration in Construction Site Management, including production, economic, and deadline management; * Support in coordinating the preparation, execution, and final process of construction projects; * Knowledge and application of technical specifications related to technical management. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in this role; * Registration with the Order of Engineers; * Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese; * Good user-level computer skills, ability to read technical drawings, and familiarity with AUTOCAD and MS Project; * Ability to develop error-and-omission prevention processes; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organizational, planning, and autonomous capabilities; * Dynamic and proactive profile; * Immediate or short-term availability. **We Offer:** * Net salary: €2,000 to €2,650 * Company vehicle * Full-time employment contract * Opportunity for professional development * Dynamic and collaborative work environment If you meet the requirements and wish to join our team, please send your updated CV to recrutamento@nevoa.pt Join us and contribute to building projects of excellence!
