We value professionalism, commitment, and continuous growth, striving daily to efficiently meet the needs of the healthcare and diagnostics sector. **Administrative Secretary** We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive Administrative Secretary to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Management and organization of administrative documentation * Telephone reception and support for customers/suppliers * Support in calendar management and meeting scheduling * Preparation and archiving of documents and reports * General support for office administrative tasks * Internal communication between departments **Requirements:** * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Primavera ERP, Email) * Good verbal and written communication skills * Sense of responsibility and autonomy * Prior experience in this field (preferred but not mandatory) * Working hours: 9:00 AM\-6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break (1:00 PM\-2:00 PM) Salary: €1,000.00 \- €1,300.00 per month Benefits: * Internet access * Free parking * Transportation allowance Experience: * Administration: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
