Individual Technical Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or similar; * Autonomy in executing and organizing daily tasks; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity in seeking new solutions and proposing improvements; * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Minimum professional experience of **3 years** in: · FortiGates, FortiSwitches, FortiAPs, and FortiAuthenticators; * VPNs, VLANs, NAT, routing, and security policies; * Diagnosing and resolving connectivity and performance issues.
