In line with this growth strategy, we aim to hire a *Construction Manager* capable of leading commercial and corporate space renovation projects from start to finish. **Responsibilities:** * Site visits, analysis, and surveys of commercial and corporate spaces. * Preparation of technical projects (architectural floor plans, occupancy capacity calculations, ventilation and acoustics assessments in compliance with municipal regulations). * Preparation of photographic reports and technical documentation. * Budget preparation, item analysis, and work certification. * On-site and remote construction supervision and management. * Supplier coordination and management. **Requirements:** * A degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design is preferred. * Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in project management, execution, and supervision of construction works. * Willingness to travel. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced level) – mandatory requirement. * Proficiency in 3D image rendering. * Proficiency in rendering software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Valid driver's license – mandatory requirement. * Knowledge of current regulatory standards (preferred). **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Fluency in English. * Driver's license. **Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * Collaborative and motivating work environment; **Project with direct employment by DIGI Portugal;** Join an innovative and highly motivating project!
