Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções, S.A. is hiring a Work Safety Technician (m/f) with professional experience in civil construction for locations nationwide. We are looking for professionals with the following qualifications: * Identify workplace hazards and assess existing risks, as well as implement preventive measures; * Raise worker awareness through training activities regarding the risks associated with their tasks; * Analyze work methods and processes and identify factors contributing to occupational accidents, professional diseases, and exposure to harmful environmental agents, proposing control measures; * Coordinate and collaborate with bodies and entities related to the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases; * Support site safety coordinators; * Implement safety, quality and environmental procedures, work instructions and authorizations; * Advise Site Management and supervisory teams on best practices and preventive or corrective measures; * Prepare monitoring reports, non-conformity reports, and accident analysis reports; * Supervise activities carried out by contracted companies regarding occupational safety procedures established by legislation or specified in service contracts; * Support quality management; * Assess working environmental conditions and issue technical opinions supporting safe work planning and organization; * Cooperate in environmental activities, providing guidance on waste treatment and disposal, promoting awareness among workers/teams about their importance; * Full availability to perform professional duties at any location nationwide. Requirements: * Professional certification to practice as a Work Safety and Hygiene Technician issued by ACT. * Work experience in Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
