The selected professional will be responsible for the following tasks: * Lead the Quality and Environmental team on site; * Implement environmental control on site, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements; * Implement the on-site quality management system, including procedures, records, and performance indicators; * Prepare technical reports, environmental management plans, and other supporting documentation for environmental activities; * Identify and propose preventive and corrective measures to mitigate environmental impacts; * Conduct internal and external audits and inspections; * Collaborate with project teams and contractors in implementing good environmental practices; * Provide technical support to site teams in interpreting and applying quality requirements; * Promote a quality culture among operational teams; * Promote environmental awareness among site teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering (preferred), Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical field; * Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Solid knowledge of national and community environmental legislation applicable to the construction sector; * Strong understanding of standards and best practices related to quality management in the construction sector; * Experience in industrial construction projects (an advantage); * Experience in large-scale, multidisciplinary projects; * Experience in ATEX environments (an advantage); * Proficiency in MS Office; * Good command of technical English. **Additional Information** Desirable profile: * Attention to detail; * Strong written and oral communication skills; * Problem-solving ability; * Critical thinking and impartiality in assessing different situations; * Strong team management skills; * Discretion and professionalism.
