Main Responsibilities: * Manage the restaurant's daily operations; * Coordinate, motivate, and supervise the team; * Ensure excellent customer service; * Monitor inventory, orders, and operational costs; * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Track performance indicators and implement improvements.
