Job Summary:
The Geriatric Care Assistant supports users in their daily routines, hygiene, feeding, and social or leisure companionship, ensuring their well-being and promoting autonomy.

The Geriatric Care Assistant shall provide direct support to users—such as elderly individuals or people with specific needs—in their daily routines, hygiene, feeding, and social or leisure companionship. Responsibilities include ensuring users' well-being, stimulating their autonomy, assisting with mobility, and collaborating in organizing activities and maintaining environments.
Responsibilities:
* Support and ensure regular feeding of users;
* Provide hygiene and comfort care to users and collaborate in delivering such care;
* Conduct daytime and/or nighttime supervision of users, guiding, assisting, and motivating them according to their interests and motivations, and participating in leisure time occupation;
* Collect and maintain utensils and equipment used in service;
* Report to the institution relevant incidents arising from performed duties, particularly coordinating with the technical team, conveying pertinent information regarding services rendered, and documenting abnormal situations concerning users;
* Operate the institution's vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant training;
