We are expanding our Accounting team and looking for an Accounting Technician. If you are a team player and aspire to work in the wine industry, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities: Ensure execution of operations dedicated to the Douro region, notably the grape harvest (vindima) Manage administrative and accounting processes in SAP, including master data maintenance and support for internal processes Ensure accurate accounting recording and processing of documents Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and account analysis Support compliance with tax and legal obligations, as well as preparation of financial and accounting reports Support inventory and stock management Collaborate in preparing financial statements, management analyses, and other finance department projects Profile: Higher education degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, or Management 1–3 years of experience in similar roles Knowledge of Accounting, Analytical Accounting, Corporate Legislation, Tax and Contract Law, and Financial Literacy Knowledge of Wine Industry Legislation (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in SAP (preferred) Time Management, Prioritization, and Handling Urgencies Initiative and Resilience Analysis and Reporting Accuracy and Attention to Detail Teamwork Capability Offer: Flexible working arrangements Additional vacation days Various benefits and perks Partnerships and discounts on our products Opportunities for internal mobility and professional advancement
