Key Responsibilities As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate on omnichannel projects, contributing to the creation of effective, user-oriented digital experiences. Your key responsibilities include: Participating in UX discovery and strategic definition processes; Analyzing problems and defining functional requirements with internal teams and stakeholders; Developing user journeys, empathy maps, user flows, and information architecture; Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts; Supporting the creation and evolution of Design Systems; Ensuring compliance with accessibility criteria; Contributing to delivery quality through UX Quality Assurance; Clearly communicating the rationale behind proposed solutions; Applying design thinking methodologies and critical thinking; Promoting continuous improvement through constructive feedback. **Stacks:** Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, Whimsical, Pitch Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong foundation in visual or digital design. UX Specialization Additional training demonstrating knowledge of user-centered methodologies. Professional Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in UX/UI projects with deliverables applied in real-world contexts. Strong Communication and Empathy Ability to articulate ideas, listen to users, and collaborate effectively within teams. Autonomy and Sense of Responsibility Effective task management across multiple projects with distinct deadlines and priorities. Languages English proficiency (intermediate level).
