Position: Architect \- URBAN OBRAS **SANTO TIRSO** Job Description: · Development of architectural projects, primarily remodeling and rehabilitation; · Presentation and negotiation with clients; · Analysis and preparation of commercial proposals; · Construction planning and preparation; · Budgeting; · Construction supervision; · Interaction with suppliers and clients. Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; · Experience and affinity in dealing with clients; · Project experience; · Construction supervision experience (minimum 2 years); · Ability to produce 3D projects (non-mandatory); · Sensitivity to Interior Design; · Professional appearance.
