A disruptive mindset and a culture of proximity and agility identify Natixis in Portugal Team and reflect the company's mission to transform traditional banking at a global scale: a perfect match in the Portuguese dynamics and entrepreneurial ecosystem. **Job Description** The Natixis Senior Agile Coach has several roles (facilitator, trainer, mentor, consultant, coach...) that we use to accompany teams. Is an Agile expert, an expert in product development and organizations. The Natixis Agile Coach focuses on people, their interactions and relationships. The Natixis Agile Coach is: * Agility consultant, will trigger the movement, the dynamic of change. * Change Agent, will hold high the Agility values. * Trainer, will teach concepts, knowledge or skills ideally based on social and interactive Agile learning. * Mentor, will share its knowledge, points of view and offers individual and personalized support in the field. * Facilitator, will helps a group and individual to, learn, explore, find solutions and reach consensus. We’re looking for an Agile Coach to join Natixis in Portugal for: Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques; Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies; Create and facilitate workshops and events; Training, advise and share Agile methodologies; Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…) **Qualifications** Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques; Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies; Create and facilitate workshops and events; Training, advise and share Agile methodologies; Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…) To be Autonomous in the current roles Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies; Experience as a Scrum Master; JIRA and Confluence; Good communication and leadership skills; Fluency in English (Spoken and written); French knowledge (Plus); The mission will take place in the "Architecture and Excellence Operational" division within DSI Corporate, as a mid/Senior Agile Coach. This profile has several roles (facilitator, trainer, mentor, consultant, coach...) that we use to accompany teams. Is an Agile expert, an expert in product development and organizations. The Agile Coach focuses on people, their interactions and relationships.
