We are recruiting MULTISKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (M/F) for various hotel units in the Porto area. Your day-to-day responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and other hotel equipment; - Perform simple repairs on doors, locks, lighting fixtures, faucets, walls, etc.; - Support supervision of third-party service providers (elevators, fire protection systems, boilers, etc.); - Ensure safety and proper operation of facilities. Requirements: - Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial buildings; - Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, painting, masonry, carpentry, and air conditioning systems; - Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems; - Sense of responsibility and strong interpersonal skills; - Flexibility regarding working hours.
