Below are some of the tasks you will carry out on a daily basis: * Products and services will be continuously evaluated and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with Six Senses’ wellness and sustainability practices. * Focus on and regularly review, through my physical presence in my department, our strict adherence to LQA standards. * Assist in regular kitchen inspections and ensure any maintenance and product improvements are completed within the designated timeframe. * Follow correct plating presentation and side dish placement for all dishes. * Inspect received goods, ensuring all food items comply with purchase order sheets, receiving records, and purchasing specifications. * Assist in leading a dedicated and experienced host team to deliver Six Senses’ exceptional service standards. * Support and manage monthly inventory. * Follow pricing guidelines established by the property. * Support updating guest history profiles. * Deliver personalized experiences to all our guests and foster a desirable workplace for all our hosts. * Ensure clear and effective interdepartmental communication and interaction to support smooth property operations. * Supervise storage to ensure stock is available, properly stored, and compliant with Six Senses’ control and hygiene standards. * Provide guidance and control portion sizes and presentations for all dishes. * Review and monitor strict adherence to the department’s operational budget; all costs will be continuously monitored and controlled to drive profitability, while preserving required standards in every decision made. * Forecasting conducted daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to ensure budgets are met and exceeded. * Minimize payroll costs by maximizing productivity and efficient host scheduling. * Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation related to operations.
