Promotion of proactive incident management and stability improvement **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is seeking the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain security services and APIs for other engineering teams; * Automate security service delivery (e.g., certificates, WAF, firewall rules); * Design, build, and maintain a "Zero Touch Networking/Provisioning" environment; * Integrate security tools and processes into CI/CD pipelines; * Manage internal team expectations by continuously monitoring services based on end-user satisfaction; * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the security field. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash); * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible); * Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); * Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines; * Implement service requests and changes, ensuring appropriate responses to user and customer needs; * Promote proactive incident and problem management within your scope and implement new measures/solutions to ensure operational stability improvements; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field (or equivalent professional experience); * Team spirit, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal ease.
