The client is currently executing a major digital transformation and growth program, within which the Human Resources function plays a central role. In this context, a global HRIS ecosystem is being implemented across all countries and for all employees. This role will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of time tracking and workforce management processes within the global HRIS ecosystem, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions. **Responsibilities:** Lead the functional stream of Time \& Workforce Management, ensuring alignment with the global HRIS model; Define, develop, and manage the Core Time \& Workforce Management model, including time tracking processes; Ensure alignment with the global project roadmap during build and run phases; Design and monitor Time \& Workforce Management performance KPIs and dashboards; Identify risks, anticipate blockers, and drive their resolution; Lead testing and validation campaigns for data and processes; Collaborate with technical teams to define architecture and process flows for Time, Employee Central, and Payroll; Support Change and Business Readiness initiatives, including training materials and communications; Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders, integration technical teams, and L3 incidents related to time management processes; Contribute to the HRIS support model, including incident management and reporting; Conduct benchmarking and market analysis on global and local best practices. **Requirements:** Approximately 5 years of experience in HRIS, particularly in Payroll and/or Core HR within a global environment; Experience in HRIS implementation projects, during build and/or run phases, either in consulting or internal settings; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technologies, Human Resources, Management, Finance, or a related field; Mandatory knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors; Strong knowledge of processes, regulations, and compliance in time tracking and workforce management; Solid understanding of Payroll processes and their integration with time management; Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; Knowledge of data security, access management, and GDPR in HR systems; Strong project management skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional environments; Customer-oriented profile with high adaptability and flexibility; Fluency in English; Comfort operating in international and complex environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** Project management certification (e.g., PMP); Prior operational experience in Human Resources, for example in Talent \& Performance. **Offer:** Opportunity to join a global Human Resources transformation program; Exposure to international stakeholders and projects; Dynamic and collaborative work environment; Opportunities for career growth and development.
