If you are looking for an exciting professional challenge, this project is for you! **Fleet Security Agent \| Paredes** =================================== **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Define and implement processes for the proactive detection of fleet-related security risks (e.g., theft, fraud, misuse, accidents, vandalism), as well as risks affecting facilities and data. * Develop clear action plans and operational procedures to respond to and resolve incidents arising from identified risks. * Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose effective mitigation measures. * Establish metrics and performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of security processes and risk reduction. * Ensure full company compliance with all road safety legislation, data protection regulations, and relevant internal policies specific to the rent\-a\-car sector. * Act as a specialist and expert in Fleet and Facility Security Operations, including the development and implementation of related policies, procedures, and documentation. * Ensure that security operations at bases, vehicle parks, and rental procedures comply with industry best practices and local regulations. * Analyze fleet incident reports, prepare responses to future events, address vehicle security issues, compliance matters, and equipment needs. * Foster relationships with existing and potential suppliers, focusing on acquiring new vehicle security equipment and technologies (e.g., tracking systems, alarms, immobilizers) and facility security solutions. * Monitor supplier and contracted security service performance, track issue resolution, manage maintenance and service contracts (e.g., security systems, surveillance companies), and implement necessary improvements. * Conduct regular visits to agencies and vehicle parks, as required, to share best practices, audit security standards, train Security Officers (where applicable) or operational teams, and ensure process standardization (including setup of new agencies or parks). * Monitor and manage vehicle security throughout their lifecycle—from acquisition to decommissioning—including GPS tracking and alert management. * Implement and manage access control protocols for facilities and fleets. * Serve as liaison with police authorities for all criminal allegations (e.g., vehicle theft, vandalism, fraud) and ongoing investigations. * Collaborate with the Company’s Legal and Risk Management departments on all matters relating to incident investigations, claims, and litigation concerning fleet security. * Assign tasks to operational teams for continuous incident management. * Conduct incident analysis and present key data, trends, and metrics to identify patterns and vulnerabilities. * Manage and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the incident database. * Participate in continuous improvement and engage Operational and Customer Service Teams in enhancing customer and team experience—with a focus on security. * Be responsible for training and coaching operational and front-desk teams on physical security (e.g., facility security, vehicle security), incident management, fraud prevention, and investigative procedures. * Ensure teams are trained in Incident Management, Conflict Resolution, and defensive or safety procedures in high-risk situations. **Profile** ---------- * Secondary education (12th grade). * Professional experience in security roles, preferably. * English language proficiency (intermediate level), both spoken and written. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook). * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable Group, currently implementing multiple growth initiatives. * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development. * Genuine career progression opportunities aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies. * Competitive working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and access to a Pension Plan).
