Responsibilities * Define and direct operational policies (standards and procedures). * Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements and industry best practices. * Define and ensure strategic alignment according to Group-defined standards. * Define and ensure achievement of KPIs. * Promote continuous improvement to exceed previously defined objectives and increase customer, requester, and supplier satisfaction levels. Profile * Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree. * Professional experience in similar roles. * English language proficiency (intermediate level, spoken and written). * Valid Type B driving license. * Availability for nationwide travel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
