**Responsibilities:**
\- Register HR-related information (e.g., schedules, holidays, absences);
\- Manage the access control system (e.g., issue access cards, adjust access hours);
\- Support the Payroll Processing Department in timekeeping management;
\- Prepare budgets;
\- Issue invoices;
\- Validate invoices;
\- Issue credit notes;
\- Perform document management;
\- Manage the staff canteen.
**Profile:**
\- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade;
\- Availability to work on Saturdays (mandatory);
\- Strong organizational ability, rigor, and attention to detail;
\- Resilient, autonomous, and dynamic mindset;
\- High sense of responsibility.
