Change management and resolution of unforeseen issues **Traffic Manager** We are recruiting a Traffic Manager to join our team and ensure operational transport management, with particular emphasis on truck cargo planning and organization. We seek an organized, dynamic individual capable of managing multiple operations simultaneously, ensuring cargoes are correctly planned and dispatched within defined deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and organize truck cargoes according to goods to be dispatched and their respective destinations; * Define cargo distribution across different trucks, aiming to optimize loading capacity and transportation costs; * Coordinate loading and dispatch schedules; * Communicate daily with warehouse, production, sales, carriers, and drivers; * Supervise the loading process and ensure cargoes match the defined plan; * Manage changes to the plan and resolve any unforeseen issues; * Coordinate and supervise transports until dispatch; * Contact carriers to confirm vehicle availability; * Prepare and verify documentation required for dispatches; * Record and update information related to transports and cargoes; * Ensure compliance with dispatch deadlines and internal procedures; * Identify opportunities to improve transport organization and planning. **Desired Profile** * Professional experience in traffic management, transport, or logistics; * Organizational and planning skills; * Ability to manage priorities and multiple operations simultaneously; * Decision-making and problem-solving skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and accuracy; **Work Location**: **Braga** If you have experience in traffic management—and especially in cargo and transport planning—this opportunity may be right for you.
