Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Post job advertisements on various platforms. * Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files. * Support contractual management, onboarding, and contract terminations. * Ensure physical and digital archiving of HR documentation. * Assist in payroll processing by collecting and validating relevant information. * Manage attendance records, vacation days, absences, and overtime hours. * Collaborate in organizing training sessions and internal events. * Address employee inquiries regarding HR procedures. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and the company's internal policies. Experience * Prior experience in administrative or HR roles (preferred). Technical Skills * Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Familiarity with HR management software (preferred).
