Job Summary: Generix Group is seeking a Kubernetes OpenShift Administrator to implement, configure, monitor, and manage OpenShift Kubernetes clusters, optimize performance, and collaborate with DevOps teams. With approximately 850 employees, Generix Group supports over 4.500 companies daily across more than 60 countries, including clients such as Danone, FM Logistic, Fnac-Darty, Essilor, and Ferrero. **Responsibilities:** Implement, configure, monitor, and manage OpenShift Kubernetes clusters according to defined requirements and standards; Ensure capacity planning, performance, and reliability of clusters; Manage upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to maintain secure and up-to-date systems; Investigate and resolve production incidents; Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions; Continuously optimize application and infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and reliability; Collaborate with DevOps and developer teams to support deployment and scalability of containerized applications; Work with development teams to understand application architecture and provide support throughout the software development lifecycle; Document processes, architectures, and configurations to promote knowledge sharing within the team; Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities to support production systems. **Requirements:** Strong knowledge of OpenShift 4.x, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies; Proven experience managing OpenShift infrastructure, optimizing resources, and ensuring cluster health; Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification; Good level of French; Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams; Flexibility to operate in a dynamic environment and rapidly adapt to new technologies and business needs; Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment; Ability to clearly and effectively document processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with one or more cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; Experience with CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions integrated with Kubernetes; Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana; Good level of English. **Offer:** Attractive salary package; Excellent working conditions; Positive and collaborative professional environment. **Equality and Diversity:** Generix Group is committed to building an inclusive environment where diversity and equity are integral to the company culture.
