You will be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of people visiting the store. Additionally, you will coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills—as well as maintaining their motivation and commitment.
