You will be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of people visiting the store. Additionally, you will coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills—as well as maintaining their motivation and commitment. You will collaborate with the rest of the management team to foster a safe, organized, and efficient workplace, resolving issues or problems and ensuring compliance with company policies. **How Would We Like You To Be?** We are looking for someone with leadership skills who inspires and guides their team toward high performance, fostering collaboration and learning.
