We are looking for a **Civil Engineer** with experience in **construction supervision or site management**, to join **luxury residential construction projects**. We are in a phase of **strong growth**, with new projects across the country and a strategy for national expansion and future internationalization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily supervision and management of renovation and ground-up construction projects. * Coordination of on-site teams and subcontractors. * Control of project schedules, budgets, and execution quality. * Support in implementing internal construction management processes. * Communication with clients, suppliers, and other company teams. * Preparation of measurement certificates, quantity take-offs, and weekly planning documents. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of on-site experience (renovations or housing construction). * Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills. * Leadership and communication abilities. * Motivation to grow within an expanding company delivering distinctive projects.
