If you're passionate about what you do, join our team and help us spread smiles! **But what does a Section Manager do?** * Supervises and delegates tasks to store operators; * Manages and resolves customer complaints/suggestions; * Ensures their zone is properly organized according to established standards; * Provides feedback and supports the team; * Manages stock by anticipating demand to avoid product shortages; * Places orders for respective zones; * Controls product quality upon store entry; * Validates weekly stock discrepancies for respective zones; * Controls and implements campaigns, promotional activities, top displays, and island displays in accordance with established guidelines; * Supports onboarding and learning of new employees, being responsible for their training within their zones; * Substitutes for the Store Manager, assuming shop coverage duties when necessary. **Do you have what it takes to become a true hôma Section Manager?
