FalconTech, headquartered in Vila Nova de Gaia and specialized in electronic security and automation systems, is seeking an E-commerce Technician to manage and develop its online presence and e-commerce operations. The company primarily operates in the Northern region and is currently expanding, combining the installation of solutions such as CCTV, alarms, video door entry systems, access control, and smart home systems with a growing e-commerce operation. **Responsibilities:** Manage and update the online product catalog, including descriptions, images, pricing, stock levels, and categorization; Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion; Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment; Coordinate product campaigns jointly with the marketing team; Manage integrations between the e-commerce platform and external tools, including payment gateways, logistics systems, and CRM; Identify and propose usability and shopping experience improvements; Track industry trends and continuously apply e-commerce best practices; Support order management, returns, and communication with suppliers when necessary. **Requirements:** Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or related field; Proven experience managing online stores, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, or similar platforms; Solid knowledge of on-page SEO applied to e-commerce; Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or equivalents; Ability to work independently; Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** Residence in the Greater Porto area, specifically in Gaia, Porto, Matosinhos, or surrounding areas; Experience with paid product campaigns, such as Meta Ads and/or Google Shopping; Basic understanding of e-commerce design, including banners, product pages, and landing pages; Knowledge of the technology or electronic security sector. **Offer:** Direct employment contract with a growing company; Integration into a young and dynamic team; Autonomy to propose and implement improvements; Appropriate tools and equipment for the role; Proximity to decision-makers and direct impact on company results. **Application:** Send your CV by email with the subject line “E-commerce Technician”.
