If you seek an attractive professional challenge, this project is for you! **Business Analyst** ==================== **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements based on project needs. * Translation of business requirements into clear, technically precise specifications understandable by development teams. * Active participation in defining project scope, delivery plans, and schedules. * Support to the project team in identifying risks, dependencies, and impacts. * Business process modeling and optimization using notations such as **BPMN**. * Participation in stakeholder meetings, analysis sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Production of functional documentation and user training support materials. * Support during project handover to operations and maintenance (BAU) teams. **Profile** ---------- * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in project contexts is highly valued. * Solid knowledge of requirements analysis and management methodologies. * Familiarity with tools such as **Jira**, **Confluence**, **Zoho**, or equivalents. * Ability to produce functional documentation (e.g., use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, flowcharts). * Knowledge of process modeling and solution specification (e.g., **UML**, **BPMN**). * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., **Scrum**). * Basic understanding of databases, integrations (APIs, Web Services), and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) is advantageous. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable Group currently implementing multiple growth initiatives. * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development. * A genuine opportunity for career progression aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies. * Excellent working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance).
