Are you ready to join us in revolutionising healthcare and making a tangible impact on people's lives? **About the role** We are looking for a sharp, data\-driven and highly autonomous **Production Manager** to help us balance clinical capacity with demand across our services. This role is central to knok’s ability to grow sustainably: you will analyse patterns, forecast needs, and ensure we always have the right clinicians, in the right place, at the right time If you are passionate about using data to solve operational bottlenecks, improve efficiency and create structure in fast\-moving environments, keep reading. **As a Production Manager, you will:** * Own the operational and financial performance of key business areas, ensuring capacity meets demand. * Monitor daily operations to anticipate resource gaps and propose immediate corrective actions. * Build forecasts, budgets and performance models that inform Senior Management decisions. * Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and design improvement initiatives. * Produce reports and dashboards on capacity, utilisation, performance and operational risk. * Ensure operational data is correct, organised and updated, enabling reliable decision\-making. * Analyse trends to improve clinician allocation, productivity and service delivery. * Align resource allocation with operational priorities, regulatory constraints and partner needs. * Track and report key operational KPIs that support transparency and performance monitoring. **About you** * Degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics or related field. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in operations, analysis, controlling or management roles. * Experience in healthcare operations is highly valued. * Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with operational datasets. * Strong analytical and critical reasoning abilities. * Capacity to work autonomously, prioritise, and make sound decisions quickly. * Comfortable in dynamic, fast\-growing environments. * Fluency in Portuguese and English.
