We are seeking a practical, responsible, and proactive professional capable of performing **various types of building repairs**, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of facilities. **Responsibilities** * Perform **minor hydraulic and plumbing repairs** (replacing valves, faucets, sealing sinks, pipe maintenance, etc.); * Carry out **maintenance painting** (touch-ups, wall and door repairs); * Execute **minor masonry and carpentry tasks** (installing shelves, doors, locks, baseboards, etc.); * Assist with **basic electrical maintenance** (replacing light bulbs, outlets, and switches); * Ensure the proper care and use of tools and materials; * Support general preventive and corrective building maintenance requests.
