The **Fischer Connectors** is part of the **Conextivity Group**. Conextivity comprises two main businesses: Fischer Connectors and Wearin'. For our factory in **Amarante (Aboadela)**, we are looking for a **Team Leader** (M/F) for the production area to strengthen our teams. **Your main responsibilities:** \- Ensure quality, costs and delivery deadlines; \- Organize your team's work (who, what, when, where) according to the production plan defined by the schedule; \- Monitor productivity, quality and execution time indicators against targets set by the assembly manager. Identify and analyze causes of deviation; \- Monitor implementation of agreed solutions; \- Communicate as quickly as possible to the planning and assembly manager any event preventing objectives from being met; \- Ensure machines, equipment and tools are in good working condition; \- Ensure TPM execution according to established procedures and plan; \- Problem solving, proposing and implementing improvements; \- Ensure staff training: identify training needs, plan training by delegating to instructors or requesting technical support, for new employees on their lines; \- Monitor compliance with standards (QES, MOP, etc.); \- Ensure workplace safety; \- Perform defined quality controls allowing finished products to be released to the next process; \- Foster an excellent work environment (empathetic and clear communication; team spirit). **Requirements for the role:** \- **Previous experience as Team Leader in an industrial environment**; \- **Fluency in Portuguese**; \- Good knowledge of English language (an advantage); \- **Emotional intelligence**; \- **Strong motivational skills**; \- Good **interpersonal relationship skills**; \- **Strong decision-making ability**. **\- Availability for fixed shift (night shift):** **Option 1: (Monday to Thursday): 10 PM to 6 AM** **Option 2: (Monday to Thursday): 12 AM to 8 AM** **(General/Mandatory): (Friday) 12 AM to 10 AM** If you are interested and believe you meet the above requirements, please send us your application!! :) Email: **recrutamento@fischerconnectors.pt** Type of offer: Full-time Benefits: * Free parking
