Job Summary: EPOLI – Espumas de Polietileno, SA is recruiting production operators to prepare loads, execute the manufacturing process, and control product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Basic computer skills EPOLI – Espumas de Polietileno, SA is currently recruiting Production Operators to perform duties at its facilities in Trofa. Integrated into the Operations Department, reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, the operator must be capable of preparing loads and equipment, executing the manufacturing process, monitoring machine operation and product quality in accordance with established procedures. Perform labeling, packaging, marking, and storage operations for products. Requirements: \- Availability to work rotating shifts (continuous operation); \- Prior industrial experience preferred; \- Minimum of 9 years of formal education; \- Team spirit and sense of responsibility; \- Basic computer skills. Conditions: \- Attractive base salary; \- Meal allowance of €9.50/day paid via meal card; \- Shift allowance above current legal requirements; \- Performance bonuses according to company regulations; \- Salary review after 6 months of contract.
