We seek a **Production Operator** with experience and willingness to join a growing company in the automotive industry. **Requirements:** * Industrial environment experience (preferably in the automotive sector) * Experience in **Welding** (certification or proven experience – preferred) * Knowledge or experience in **Stamping** * Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork **Responsibilities:** * Tasks in the **Welding** area * Operation in the **Stamping** area * Work on **robotic production lines** * Production of metal structures for the automotive industry *(including a paid initial training period of 1 month)* **Offer:** * **Base Salary:** €952.50 * **Meal Allowance:** €10.20/day * **Transportation Allowance:** €1.50/day * **Christmas and Holiday Allowances** paid in **twelfths** * **Initial training** for 1 month (paid) **Working Hours (Fixed Shifts):** * 1st Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 * 2nd Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 * 3rd Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 *(For the 3rd Shift, availability for training during the 1st or 2nd shift is required)* Salary: €950.00 – €1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
