Therefore, we are looking for an **Engineer** to join our **Site Management** team who meets the requirements described below and is eager to build a professional career alongside us. **Job Type:** AVAC Site Management **Responsibilities:** Development of AVAC projects \*Technical/economic study, supervision, integration, coordination, and oversight of the execution of special technical installations associated with building construction; \*Study of alternative/construction solutions whenever necessary and applicable; \*Installation of AVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), General Electrical Installations, Telecommunications, Security Systems, Hydraulic Installations; \*Jointly define strategic objectives for projects under management with the Production Director; \*Ensure continuous coordination with the Client/Project Owner regarding contract compliance, proposing and negotiating possible project and/or work plan modifications and execution procedures; \*Jointly plan projects with other site management teams; **Requirements:** \*Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering; \*Experience in on-site coordination of specialized disciplines (preferred); \*Experience in site management at companies installing AVAC, electrical, or hydraulic systems (preferred); \*Solid knowledge of AutoCAD; \*Availability in the short term. \***Job Type:** Full-time **What We Offer:** \*A positive work environment characterized by collaboration and mutual support; \*Opportunity for professional career development and growth; \*Challenging projects; \*Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated competencies; \*Immediate start **Benefits:** \-Company car \-Meal voucher/card \-Flexible working hours \-Annual bonus \-Performance bonus \-Christmas allowance Experience: Team leadership: 1–2 years (preferred) Contacts: rh@rodazi.pt or luisa.pires@rodazi.pt Experience: * Site Manager: 1 year (mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Company car * Meal voucher/card * Flexible working hours Language requirement (flexible): * Portuguese not required Experience: * Team leadership: 1 year (mandatory) Work location: On-site
