You will support production, operate machinery, and prepare products for storage, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in production and machine feeding; Monitoring equipment operation and product quality; Preparing products for storage; Complying with safety and quality procedures. Requirements: Basic education (3rd cycle – 9th grade); Basic computer skills; Forklift operation experience (preferred); Factory environment experience is valued; Availability for rotating shifts with rotating days off (06h–14h / 14h–22h / 22h–06h); Valid driver's license. What we offer: Base salary: €988.00; Meal allowance: €10.20 per day via meal card; Shift allowance of 34% (€335.92); Attendance and safety bonuses; Integration into a team with a safe and organized work environment;
