Active collaboration in continuous process improvement IMAN, a multinational Human Resources Management specialist company, is currently recruiting a PRODUCTION OPERATOR for an industrial client company located in Maia. Responsibilities: Operate industrial equipment, including scales, hydraulic presses, laminators for protective plastic application, and guillotines; Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with: Scales; Hydraulic presses; Laminators for protective plastic application; Guillotines; In-line quality control; Monitor and ensure in-line quality control; Perform simple equipment adjustments to guarantee proper operation; Meet defined production schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards; Record production and quality control data; Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards at work; Actively collaborate with the team in continuous improvement of production processes. Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment operating industrial machinery (mandatory); Proven experience with scales, hydraulic presses, laminators, and/or guillotines; Experience in in-line quality control; Proactive, responsible, and organized profile; Strong sense of commitment, professional stability, and availability for a long-term project; Residence in the Maia area or neighboring municipalities (preferred). Offer: Base salary of €920; Working hours from Monday to Friday.
